For a job you do again and again, such as the same client’s monthly shoot, start the new one as a copy.

  1. Open the job you want to copy.
  2. Click More, beside PDF, on the estimate or the invoice.
  3. Click Duplicate job.
  4. Click Job details on the new job.
  5. Set the days, and change anything else that is different this time.
  6. Click Save job details.

What is copied

  • The client, contact, business name, currency, location, description, usage licence wording and private notes.
  • The estimate lines, from the approved estimate, or the newest one if none is approved. They become a fresh draft called Original.
  • The title, as it was. The new job has its own number, so you can tell them apart.

What is not

  • The dates, so kit is not held until you set them.
  • The agency PO and the licence dates.
  • Invoices, payments, emails and receipts.

The copy takes the next number of its business name and starts as Estimating. The job you copied is not changed.
