Setting the days on kit lines
Updating every kit line after the dates change, or charging for the shoot days only.
When you add kit from the catalogue, its line takes the job’s days charged. If the dates change later, or you want kit charged for the shoot days only, two buttons beside the search box update every kit line at once.
- Days from job dates: sets each kit, production and studio line to the job’s days charged. The number in brackets is how many.
- Shoot days only: sets them to the number of shoot days. It only appears when that number is different.
Lines priced per job, fee, crew and expense lines, and custom lines you typed yourself are left as they are.
