Troubleshooting

Kit shows as short when I have enough

Checking the units and quantity BidWrap is counting.

Catalogue → an item
Level
Everyday
  1. Open the item in the catalogue.
  2. Look at Units in the register. It says how many are available to rent.
  3. Open any unit that should count, and check its status is In service and Available to rent is ticked.
  4. If the item has no units, check Quantity owned.

Also check the other job named in the warning. If it is not going ahead, set its status to Lost or Cancelled so it releases the kit.
