Receipts for kit
Adding kit to your register, or a price to kit you already have, from its receipt.
When a line looks like equipment, BidWrap asks Is this for your rental kit? with four choices:
- Yes, rental kit: adds new pieces to the catalogue and register, with the supplier, date and price filled in from the receipt.
- Yes, kit I already have: adds the price to pieces already in your register. Choose the item, then tick which pieces this receipt paid for.
- No, for my own use: adds it to the register as not for rent, for insurance and your accountant.
- Not equipment: stops asking about this line.
- Open the receipt.
- On the line, click the choice that fits.
- Check the details in the form that opens.
- Click the button at the bottom of the form to add it.
Lines added to the register are tagged in register in the receipts list. Click Not now to leave it for later.
