Finding your way around Settings

Settings shows one section at a time. Click a section in the list down the side to open it. On a phone, the list sits along the top. Settings opens on Business.

• Business: your country, currency, dates, paper and tax periods, your business names, and your tax rates.
• Documents: terms and wording, bank accounts, and the headings on estimates and invoices.
• Receipts: your own receipt categories and payment methods.
• Emails: the wording of estimate and invoice emails, and automatic payment reminders.
• Calendar: the private link that puts your jobs in your calendar.
• People: inviting people to work with you. Only the owner and admins see it.
• Backups: the nightly copies of your data, and making one now.
• Import: bringing your history across from Blinkbid.

Each business name has a page of its own. In Business, click Open beside the name to see its details, numbering and logo, with the bank accounts and wording that print for it.
