Matching old names to your catalogue

Rental lines from old jobs are often not linked to a catalogue item, usually because the old jobs named the kit differently. Link them, and they count towards each item’s rental history and return on investment.

1. Click Settings in the side menu, then Import in the list down the side.
2. Click match old names, under the import form.
3. Go down the list. The names that earned most are first.
4. Where a match is filled in, check it. A guess that needs checking says so.
5. Clear any that are wrong, and type or pick the right item.
6. Leave a box empty to skip that name.
7. Click Save matches on this page.
8. Click Next for the next page.

Future imports remember the names you matched.
